LOCATING RESOURCES: PRACTICE AREAS TAB

You can use the "Practice Areas" tab. Once inside a practice area, such as banking or health law, you can search to locate sample agreements, forms, and and other transactional documents on the same topic. This can be an excellent method when you know the topical area and are looking for a 'one-stop shopping' collection of background materials, as well as forms, and drafting sample.
