Privacy Protections in State Constitutions

Identifies each state constitution and article that provides for an expanded scope of privacy protections and provides links thereto.

Statewide Cybersecurity Task Forces

As of April 2022, at least 30 states had created a "cybersecurity" task force, commission, advisory council or similar group.  Each such group is listed by state, name, the legal mechanism by which it was created (e.g., statute or executive order), and date of creation.
